Dear Valued Colleague,

Thank you for your continued commitment, promotion and support of Education Queensland International (EQI) Study Tour programs.

New Study Tour Bookings for July/August2020.
Planning for study tours needs to occur well in advance of the groups’ arrival. EQI requires a minimum of at least three (3) months’notice prior to the groups’ arrival to receive an official booking to arrange a high-quality school program. For larger groups split over multiple schools, EQI requires a minimum of five (5) months’notice to allow sufficient time to arrange a consistent program among all host schools.

EQI are requesting that any bookings for the July/Augustperiodbe made no later thanFriday,20March 2020to avoid placement disappointment.

There is a very high demand for Queensland Government Schools across the State. Schools located within Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Cairns are booked earlywith limited availability in the region.

Please  be reminded  of  our  booking  process. A  booking  does  not  equate  to  a  host  school  being available. Sourcing of a host  school commences  after the booking is received and the booking fee has been paid. EQI does not ‘hold’ schools for potentialbookings.

Please note that this communicationhas been distributed to all EQI accredited Study Tour education agencies.
